Install downpipes and gutter improvements

I would like to install a downpipe off an existing gutter as the current downpipe can't cope with the amount of water it needs to (even during regular rains). This downpipe will need to go through a deck (see pic) and out to an existing drain by the garage (see pic - wood will be moved. Note garage door is tilt door so end of spotting will have to enter drain from the side). I also need to widen the entrance to a downpipe where it appears the gutters are encroaching on the opening. Finally I need to sort the fall of a gutter that I installed myself, but didn't quite get right!
