Our house is a duplex property in Papamoa that has a leaky roof. We share the roof with our neighbour but are wanting just a repair job done on our side, not a replacement. The house is two-stories and the roof is decramastic tile. I'm not sure on the size of area that needs work but we've had someone out to take a look already and they said it would be about a weeks worth of work. (They said due to backlog of work they may not be able to fix it till Christmas and we are wanting someone sooner if possible)

Nick was great to deal with, efficient and got the job done quickly. He was honest about advising that he can try repair what was there, but roof was in good condition and couldn't see any specific leaks.
