Repair or Replace Roof

We have been up on the roof and in the roof cavity to find some evidence of water damage. We are wanting someone who knows what they are doing to advise whether to repair or replace and quote on the cost. We have had a handyman say just to get it rescrewed and painted and it will be fine. There is rotten purlins and rafters that need replacing. A new piece of ridging was installed a few years ago and the screws have split the rafter they were screwed into. The rest of the ridging is in poor condition. The nails are the original ones from the 70's. The roof is 101m2 and corrugated iron single story. We have contacted over 20 local roofing companies and out of that 3 have said they would come and quote never to be heard from again. Open to anyone capable of following through with this job.
