Need to replace a rotten wooden barge board on south side of house. Rotten area is approx 500mm long, but could be more. Has opened up a hole where some birds have now started entering to make nest in the roof space. This is a holiday house which has a range of required maintenance jobs, but this is the most important to get the birds out!

Doug came out and viewed the job then promptly provided a quote. He did the work when he said he would and we were very happy with the outcome.
