Scout Den Roof for A-frame building

Our Scout Den requires a quote for roofing repairs/replacement. Insulation at the same time would be ace. It's a unique building (A-frame). We are seeking quotes to get this work done. As a charitable organisation, we'd love to have a roofer (perhaps a former scout) look at the project and provide a quote that reflects the good work we do in the community (yes, we're looking for a very cost-effective quote...as we do not have deep pockets)
