Replace roof and spouting

This job is for a house I'm looking to purchase, and have been told it will need a new roof soon. At this stage I am just seeking quotes, as I have a tight budget to adhere to, and may not be able to commit to having the work done straight away. The house is 100 m sq and has a corrugated iron roof (dutch gable) and PVC spouting that is becoming brittle and has broken in places.
