We've got water coming down the walls on heavy rain so I think the internal gutters that need replacement have gone kaput. Since we're there, we might also do a roof replacement, depending on the overall price. It's ideal that we get this done as soon as possible because every time it rains, disaster hits the entire house. It's a two level house out in Lumsden, Southland.
