Clean moss and replace bitumen coating on metal tiles

We have a roof of metal tiles with a brown (sandy) coating, which I think is bitumen. Some tiles need cleaning - I think it's moss. This would require chemical treatment rather than water blasting since water blasting would further damage the coating. The coating also needs repair in some palaces. The total roof area is approximately 130 sq m. but only some parts need treatment and repair. There is the possibility of other work too - depending on the tradie's expertise.
