Re-Roof, Replace tile with coloursteel

Quote for Re-Roof required. Material: from Clay Tile to Coloursteel sheeting. Strip and disposal of old roofing material. Replace Spouting and Downpipes (home owner will dispose of old spouting and down pipes). Spouting protection (Gutter guards). We are on a tight budget, please provide/quote the most inexpensive Labour & Materials possible. I have pics and some measurements if required.
