Property Description: - Standalone, Single Storey - 115 sqm - Gable, average pitch We have been told the roofing material could contain asbestos but have not tested it, we are enquiring about any creative, innovative ways to clean and paint/maintain the existing roof. Few rust spots to be attended to as well. Open to all ideas as wanting to explore options to keep the existing roof
