Roof inspection and possible repairs, Eltham

Hey mate the roof may be in need of a re seal or may need repairs, it might even need the nails replaced with screws. I am hoping you can inspect and let me know what it needs and a price etc if possible. I dont move in until 19th so property is vacant and you can inspect whenever, please feel free to text or call to discuss --- - i dont know cost of course so please ignore indicator estimate, cheers Andrew
