Repair/Replace metal roof - flashings/skylight/sheets

Low pitch longrun metal roof on a 1960's split-level home. Approx. 20-30 Yrs old. Barge flashings need to be replaced urgently as water is leaking into Fascia/Soffit in a couple of places. Short length of fascia board needs to be replaced once roof is repaired. Some sheets and fixings may need to be replaced also due to rust. Would appreciate advice on feasibility/cost-effectiveness of repairing damaged roofing or re-roofing entire roof due to the condition. May be able to provide scaffold/edge protection where required.
