Guttering change / alteration due to leak

We have an expansion outlet that is leaking. We are unsure if it's best to replace all the guttering, or part of the guttering and expansion outlet, or move where the expansion outlet is fixed and attach a different form of downpipe. We are looking for someone with experience with guttering / roofing etc rather than a 'general handyman'.
