One leaking concrete roof tile over garage,full roof inspection and maintenance, replace garage ceiling jib sheet water damaged.I have both spare tiles and jib sheet from original build.Plus cut to size and refit end panel of kitchen unit which has had new stone top fitted and cut out small carpet area and tile to accommodate larger fridge.
