Refitting of guttering

Four sections of guttering came off in a storm. Requires refitting. I hace removed old rivets and sealant so this also needs to be done. I am having trouble as it appears some roof nails need to be pulled out and replaced to refit snow straps as i can't refit with the roof covering, i am unable to find these nails (not screws). Original guttering and straps all present and should refit ok.
