Our roof needs the main ridge flashings, gully flashing and edge flashings replaced. Also its needs all old nails removed and the rescrewed down watertight. It has a shallow pitch roof. The house is made up of two rectangles, joined diagonally . See the drawing attached. I will repaint the roof once work is complete.
