Need either a new down pipe fitted or the current metal down pipe modified after having blinds fitted. Company installing the blinds did not complete the job

Poor service. Visited to view the task, sent a quote for the job, and then when we excepted they informed us that they did not have the tools to complete the task so job never completed. Recommend others think before using this company
