Two story re-roof

140 year old, two story house requires rear section re-roofing. Three hips and two valleys. Galv iron to be used. Scaffolding will be required. Copper trays to be lifted, butynol installed under (As a secondary moisture barrier as this roof design is notorious for water ingress) and copper trays refitted, then new roofing iron and ridge capping installed. Under iron is heavy sarking boards with purlins on top which are to remain in place. Black roofing paper to be installed under galv iron. Can supply architect hand drawn plans.
