I have just started to decorate my walk in wardrobe that is in a roof dormer. I have a damp patch in the ceiling / wall junction which appears to start from the middle of the ceiling & running towards the wall. The dormer has a membrane on the flat roof outside. The roof iron above the flat dormer roof is 'nailed' (some other nails on the roof have been changed to TEC screws before my time). The roofing iron & membrane appear to be in good serviceable condition (approx 25 years old) I need someone to get up & have a look & repair / change any obvious tired nails & seal any gaps where the water is most likely coming in from - It needs a thorough inspection & necessary remedial action. The water doesn't appear to be excessive but has bubbled the paint-off inside. Thank-you for any help in advance.
