Roof maintenance

There are rust appearing on roof around the edges, around the chimney and also near drain pipes. About 25-30m2. I want rust removed with a steel brush, then paint over to protect roof. I also need roof checked for maintenance; nails replaced if needed, drains cleaned and replaced where needed and also drain pipes cleaned and replaced where needed.
