Gutter cleaning, guarding and repositioning

Our gutters have never worked properly. They fill with leaves, they are uphill in parts and mesh covering hasn’t worked. Nor did the whiskers. We need a competent gutter or roofing person to advise and fix accordingly. We would love a covering that actually keeps the water flowing, we need some gutters cleaned out and possibly realigned. This is a one level house with normal plastic guttering. Cheers, Jenny
