There is mould along window edge of ceiling in bathroom, PM has checked outside this area and there is mould visible on the eaves. The tenants ventilate the bathroom often so suggested getting the gutters checked and cleared as a start. There could also be roof screws loose in this area allowing water/dampness to seep through to roof cavity.
