Unusual Dutch Gable style roof on an apartment block that needs a bit of a tidy up on the tiles in some places- a couple of loose tiles and cracked cement etc. There is scaffolding up at the moment which should make it easier to check out and do a quote. Job starts asap, interior renovation has already started.
