Replace and install concrete tiles on roof

I have concrete tiles missing from around the chimneys of the house. I'd like to know if anyone has any, if so are you able to install them. I have had a roofer come through and put a quick fix around them as they have been leaking. That seemed to have worked but I need a more permanent job done. I have included photos of the roof.
