Guttering repair on Roof

issue 1 - Due to the rotten guttering, it is causing a leak. The guttering is rotten in image1 and needs replacing. Issue 2 image 2 - There is leaking on top of the guttering, The gap between the tiles and the guttering causes a leakage of water to seep through to the ceiling. We would like the guttering from the valley to be changed, The expandable foam that is placed under some tiles to be removed. The tiles to be replaced or adjusted and the underline to be replaced.
