Spouting / guttering

For the minimum, I need the guttering/spouting to be fixed or installed for 15 & 15a Matthew Pl, Rotorua. Some gutters and pipes are already onsite to be used. I am not sure the lengths required as I have never been onsite. I would also need the draught to be fixed and door stops to be installed for both houses if possible. Also replace a missing vent from the subfloor cladding. I have have items listed in the builders reports that I want to be fixed. We can discuss further on email when I can send the builders reports. Both houses are occupied.
