The house has issues of leaking in the laundry area and an approximately 5m by 3m section may need replacing. However, I'd also like a quote on either: 1) reroofing the entire house. or 2) just painting it (depending on your assessment of the roof's integrity/remaining lifespan). In addition, the garage has always had a leak at the back portion and I'd like a quote on repair work to prevent this. Thank you.
