Install clearlite roofing at plant nursery

I need clearlite roofing to be installed at a 5 - 10 degree slope of one bay of a shade structure at a plant nursery. The shade structure is flat. I also require the clearlite roofing that has been installed on the next door bay to be reinstalled on the same 5 - 10 degree slope. Previously it was just laid flat on the structure (see image). The roofing will be supplied but not the screws or timber required. It would be good to have the job complete by mid-August.
