Roof tile repair

I have a two story townhouse with what I think is concrete tile roof. One of the tiles on the second story roof is missing and needs to be replaced. The photos I have posted are the only photos I have right now, I don't live in Rotorua though I will be there on Friday 26 October. The property is located 44 Lytton St Glenholme Rotorua. I will be very happy to hear from you if you are able to repair it.
