Remove chimney and replace with tiles on Concrete Tile roof

We have a concrete which previously had a kent fire (now removed) but the chimney is still in the roof (and now leaking slightly around the seal). Keen for help to remove the chimney, and repair the roof with concrete tiles (we have some spares but may not be enough) in line with the rest of the roof.
