Leaking Roof Repair

Roof is approx 24 years old. Painted 5 years ago. Had a problem two years ago with water leaking into the main bedroom ceiling. Contractor did a pressure test, found the leak and replaced a screw which was how the water was tracking in. No more leaks in that area. Last year, leaking again, two different places. A contractor then replaced all the screws, but this hasn't fixed the problem, it's now leaking in two places and causing damage to the ceiling in the lounge and the light fitting in the stairwell. Need urgent quotes for repair please.
