Guttering repair on internal guttering

I’m looking for someone who can inspect and assist in leaks the have begun with particularly wet weather. Would appreciate suggested course of action beyond full replacement. Guttering is internal and aged so ideally would like short term corrective measures to get us through to a full replacement. Currently leaking into and through ceiling as a result. Thanks
