Replace current FLAT hi-rib roof, add pitch and replace gutters - aprox 170m2

Hello Certified Roofers, We need to replace our current FLAT - Hi rib steel roof. The current roof consists of TWO (2) parts: (n.p: measurements are approximate:) a- The main house roof around 156m2 (side 9.5mX16.4m) b- A smaller roof on the attached garage around --- ) Scope of work: - Use COLORSTEEL MAXX Trapezoidal rib with preferred material Aluminium 0.9mm. - Add Purlin to reduce current purlin span from 900mm to 450mm. - Add pitch to current roof pitch to promote water drainage. - For gutters use COLORSTEEL® Maxx® 125 Box Gutters with external brackets (painted) & droppers. Please include in your price quote: - All Sheeting - Fixings & Clips - Aprons/Headers (notched) - Side Apron - Parapet Cap - Covertek 401 Breathable Underlay or better - Netting - Drip Edge - Roof Edge Protection Scaffolding - Removal of existing sheets & rubbish from site - Delivery you will need to supply a detailed quote on your company letter head. you will need to supply a copy of your company bank deposit slip for deposit - not just an account number :)
