Hard Awning repair and reseal

The hard awning that goes over the footpath at the front of the building has leaks, with water coming through the lights. There is no power to the lights. (however, once this is repaired we would like to reinstate the power with new light fittings) This is a commercial building with a public footpath, pedestrians would need access to pass by as well as enter the business on the ground floor/street frontage. New signage has been installed on the front of the awning, with no removal or damage to the sign please. We would appreciate a quote, work can start anytime between now and February.
