Reseal leaking nails

I have two (that I know of) small leaks in my colour-steel roof, which appear to be from nails that have worked loose. Job is to confirm source of leaks, reseal these areas, and check remainder of roof, resealing as required. Roof area is approx 200 sqm. House is single-storey but on a sloping section, so access to one side of the roof is easy but there is more drop on the other side. The leaks are only causing a slow drip and containers are in place to catch the drips, so this isn't a very urgent job but I want to get it done.
