Roof/ guttering fix

Our home has an internal guttering and it overflows into several rooms along the guttering line. We need a solution. This is a new roof, but the design is not working with the recent torrential rain. We feel the fall line is not enough, so maybe a remodel partly new roof and new guttering will fix the problem. can you help
