install guttering and roof under deck to redirect rainfall

Our storage area under the house tends to flood in heavy rainfall and needs remedial guttering/drainage to redirect the water away from the garage so it runs down the drive. At the moment the water collects on the garage floor flooding everything. We also get wet walking to and from the front door as the deck above is not waterproof. We need some expertise to design a creative solution.
