Repairs

The corner room in the ground floor had a leak during rain. We would like you to do the following job for us : Reseal and Nail the Roofing tiles in the corner where the water leak likely occurs. We feel some roofing tiles need to be tightly nailed. Replace and Instal the guttering discharge pipe going down to storm water drain in the garden (for the part of guttering connecting that part of the house) We feel the discharge pipe is narrow and cannot handle the volume of water in heavy rains and thus leakage in the room. Reseal and repair the plaster edging in the internal room roof corner as it has a crack and is coming out lose where the water leak happened. There is a bit of the deck lining that is worn out and needs to be repaired to make it weather proof.
