gutter leaks

A new expansion joint needs to be fitted in the guttering that has a fascia facade in front of it (the previous rubber one has split). A leak that is allowing water to run down on to the wooden framing under the corner eave of the roof needs to be fixed - this is under the fibrolite soffit part of which has fallen off (and a general check done on the gutters as a whole).
