Replace gully, re-establish gradient, replace external chimney frame

The current gully slopes so that water is trapped in the gully. It needs to be redone to slope the correct way. Gully base needs to be raised to prevent water coming into roof space in torrential rain. Chimney needs to be redone to just use the triple shielded pipe coming from top of fire.
