Small leak appeared in kitchen ceiling seemingly water entered roof space above ceiling through a leak in metal roof . Insurance want builder /roofer to make an assessment as to cause and give a quote as to repair of leak and redecorate /make good water marks on kitchen ceiling. There is a skylight in the roof over the kitchen , but it is 3-4 metres above and to the left of the leak area on the kitchen ceiling
