Urgent Roof Repairs needed Central Queenstown

Hi there, We have just bought a house and see there are some water stains on the walls. We are unsure where the leak has come from but assume the roof. We also know there isn’t any proper Dow pipes/drainage. Can you help us urgently repair our roof and help with roof/gutter drainage? Thank you.
