To remove all nails across the entire roof of unit A only and replace with 65mm tek screws To supply and install a back tray and aqua seal around 1x 80mm vent pipe To supply and install a mushroom cap to the top of the 80mm pipe to stop water ingression To supply and install a change of pitch flashing where the two sections of roof meet above the veranda on unit A only
