Roof and gutter repairs and additions

Water leaking into wall cavity near chimney and also water overflowing behind gutters. I think down pipe from second floor is blocked and gutters probably need cleaning. I think some additional flashing may be needed around the chimney. Would also like some additional gutter and down pipe on front of first floor balcony to stop water running down the exterior wall.
