Concreate roof repair

- Brown staining has been occurring on ceiling space in the Bathroom and bedroom located upper-level front right-hand side of the dwelling. (Airel markup attached in red of areas affected. - No signs of spouting overflow as this was clear at the time of inspection and no signs of debris buildup. - Ridge tile pointing and bedding on roof is in poor condition and signs of cracking and exposed gaps to elements. (Markup in blue This has not been done by a professional) - Many tiles are in poor condition and broken in some areas you can find this scattered across the entire roof mainly around the front section of the dwelling. This could be caused by the roof previously being painted where foot traffic has damaged areas. - Due to the condition of the tiles it is difficult to determine the exact location of where water ingress is occurring as there are many entry points in this vicinity.
