Replace spouting brackets, gutter clean and down pipe repair

Recently I did the building inspection for the above-mentioned property and the report comes up with maintenance work required on the guttering and spouting. So I would like to receive an estimate/quote on the maintenance work from you to get this addressed. Please refer to the pictures and the description from the report for your reference. Some defects were detected and are photographed and detailed below. Guttering Details: - A large number of broken and damaged spouting brackets were sighted in many areas around the roof. Replacement of the defective brackets is required. The spouting will be under additional pressure under heavy rain due to this. A guttering specialist should be engaged now to complete this. Rating: Minor Maintenance Maintenance image.png Downpipes/Stormwater The majority of the downpipes appeared to be connected to a stormwater system. Some observations are photographed and detailed below. Details: - A downpipe at the back of the property was sighted terminating above the stormwater drain due to damage. Downpipes should be run to a dedicated stormwater drain or soak pit in accordance with council regulations. Seek advice from a plumber or drain layer to determine the best solution.
