Shed Roof Repair

The roof of a shed attached to my house is letting in rain. The roof has an outer layer of PVC panels which appear intact and a plywood underlayer in which holes are visible. I am looking for someone to repair the roof so that the shed interior remains dry in wet, windy weather. See photos for details. Trees overhanging roof will be cut back within a few days so will not be in the way of roof work.
