We have a concrete tile roof which needs whatever attention this type of roof requires. Approx 100m2 & 2 storeys - 1986 house. It was cleaned last year & a couple of leaks were sealed but there is still a leak when the rain comes from a certain direction. A few tiles are broken at the edge of the roof. Spouting also needs checking.
