Repair flashing and trace leaks

1. Repair ongoing small leak over the lounge/dining in heavy rain. The flashing over the north gable is poorly fitted and relying on silicone. I suspect these 2 leak areas are a result of this. Barge boards at this end are also in need of replacement. 2. Leak over the hall/bedroom end near the ceiling access point. This occurs only when there is very heavy rain combined with high winds. The roof has a very low profile and I think water blows up under the flashing/caping at the apex. 3. Birds nesting at the north gable end accessing above guttering. I can’t get to these so if this can be fixed at the same time it would be great. The roof is not steep but the house is cut into the bank and the north end is 2 stories. There are anchors on that end of the roof that may support safety harnesses. We need the job completed in the next couple of months. Thanks
