Damaged ceiling due to either leaky roof or moisture build up. See attached for general area from the outside. Hight to gutter is approx 3m. Note, complete reroof is not an option due to budget constraints but is planned for a future job. Please quote for exterior fix only. Ideally this job needs to be scheduled between 21 to 24 or 26 to 29 January.
